InterIntra was founded in Adelaide in 2006 with a clear belief: that South Australian businesses deserved better than generic, reactive IT support. We've always operated differently as a strategic partner rather than a reactive vendor, with a genuine commitment to understanding each client's business before recommending any solution.

Over two decades, we've grown alongside our clients, adapting through the era of cloud computing, Microsoft 365, remote work, and now the AI revolution. What hasn't changed is our values: honest advice, measurable outcomes, and long-term relationships built on trust.

Today, InterIntra is one of the few ISO 27001 certified Managed Service Providers in Australia, a milestone that reflects our commitment to security-first IT and internationally recognised governance standards. We remain proudly Adelaide-based, 100% Australian owned, and focused entirely on your outcomes.

2006

Founded in Adelaide

InterIntra launches with a mission to provide South Australian businesses with strategic, outcomes-focused IT support rather than reactive maintenance.

2010

Cloud Transition Leadership

Early adoption of Microsoft cloud services. We guide clients through Office 365 migrations and cloud-first infrastructure planning ahead of the market curve.

2020

ISO 27001 Certification

Achieved ISO 27001 certification, one of the first MSPs in Australia to do so, cementing our position as a security-first partner for regulated industries.

2021

Security & GRC Practice

Launched our dedicated Information Security and GRC practice in response to growing compliance demands across healthcare, finance, and enterprise clients.

2025

Launching AI Services for Customers

Delivered AI-powered data intelligence, automation, and decision intelligence capabilities directly to our managed service clients, helping South Australian businesses embrace AI safely and practically.

A note from the founder

InterIntra was founded in 2006 with one idea: that good IT shouldn't feel transactional. After years working with commercial clients at a national IT firm, I saw the same pattern over and over — companies treated like ticket numbers, advice that quietly served the vendor's roadmap rather than the client's, and accountability that disappeared the moment a project shipped.

So I started InterIntra to do the opposite. Adelaide-based. Personally accountable. Honest enough to tell you what we wouldn't recommend and why.

Twenty years on, we're a team of 35+ certified specialists working with businesses across finance, healthcare, construction, education and manufacturing — but the brief hasn't changed. Technology that works, advice you can trust, and a partner who actually picks up the phone.
