LJ Hooker St Peters, Glynde and Adelaide Commercial needed to move away from ageing on-premise servers and into a cloud environment. They wanted better data security, easier access for office and remote work, and a platform that could scale across multiple offices without adding local hardware.
InterIntra planned and executed a full migration of the on-site servers to AWS. Large volumes of business data were transferred within a compressed window to keep operational impact to a minimum, and the new environment was shaped around how the business actually works. not a generic template.
On the day of rollout, our team was on-site to train users, answer questions and keep agents working. The end state: a cloud terminal server hosted in AWS supporting over 100 daily users across multiple offices.
LJ Hooker now runs on a scalable, secure AWS-hosted environment that supports both in-office and remote work. The migration landed with minimal business interruption, and user adoption across the three offices was seamless thanks to the onsite support during cutover.
